As a Smartly Specialist you are part of the DCO (Dynamic Creative Optimization) team where you deliver a crucial contribution to setting-up the best-in-class DCO campaigns together with your clients. You need to be able to do the following things:
- Set-up social strategies
- Analyse dynamic social campaigns
- Raise the bar on dynamic social campaigns

You are a very experienced with Smartly
You can work accurately, but also know how to bend rules when necessary
You have at least 5 years of experience in the social field
Fluent English in speaking and writing

DCO is a craft where you really need to understand the brand, but also the wishes of the consumer. You are responsible for the strategy, setting up, monitoring and optimizing your social advertising campaigns. The data geek in you is thrilled with the analysis you will make every day to take our campaigns to the next level every day. Afterwards, you draw clear conclusions and share your recommendations with the customer in a professional manner. We have a dedicated agile mindset: the digital advertising market is dynamic and fast-growing; it is not easy to plan too far ahead.
