Besides market leader expertise in creative and media, a lot of valuable data already runs through our in-house build technologies, which are used globally. Therefore, we collaborate with our machine learning engineers, data scientists and tech development teams to kick-start our projects.
As a MMM specialist within our data science team, your job is to advise clients on data collection, combine the data with the data available within Greenhouse and build best in class MMM. Your work consists of programming and modelling, as well as presenting and communicating insights within our own organisation and at our clients. You thereby collaborate with a great team of other data specialists, media specialists and creatives. You go beyond delivering insights, your job is to transform media optimisation for our clients by introducing the algorithm-driven way of working.
Media Mix Modelling experience
Master’s degree in (quantitative) marketing research, econometrics or data science
Capable of implementing and maintaining data science models like (logistic) regression, predictive modelling and estimation of treatment effects.
Strong affinity with the field of marketing
Experience with client communication, giving advice and presenting methodologies and results
Interested in learning Python or R and SQL, prior experience is a nice to have
Experience with data visualisation is an advantage
You are part of a multidisciplinary data team in which you collaborate with data (analytics experts, CXO, and engineers), media and creative colleagues to deliver the best value for our clients. During a typical day you discuss the best implementation of an effectiveness study with a colleague, check the test set-up with an advertising specialist, give a presentation at the client on a new project proposal, and work on a regression analysis for one of your clients.
